Why It Matters

Attribution Your Whole Team Can Trust

Know exactly which source and campaign generated each lead, instead of guessing from scattered spreadsheets.

One Standard List of Sources

Admins maintain a single, clean list of UTM sources — duplicate names are blocked, so every campaign and lead uses the same labels.

No duplicate sources

Every Lead Has an Origin

The UTM source and campaign are saved on every lead and shown in lead details, listings, filters and reports.

Stored on every lead

History That Never Breaks

Deactivating or editing a campaign never erases where past leads came from, so your attribution stays accurate over time.

Attribution always kept

From Source to Revenue, All in One Structure

01 / UTM Source Management

A Standard List of Marketing Sources

Admins create, edit and delete UTM sources from one place, so every campaign and lead uses the same consistent labels.

  • No duplicates: a source name can only exist once.
  • Protected when in use: sources linked to campaigns or leads can't be deleted.
  • Ready for campaigns: every source is available the moment you create a campaign.
02 / Campaigns

Every Campaign Belongs to a Source

Create a campaign, give it a name and pick its UTM source — a description is optional. New campaigns start as Active and become available for lead creation straight away.

Update a campaign's name, source or description whenever plans change. Mandatory fields are validated, the update appears everywhere the campaign is shown, and existing leads keep their history.

03 / Listing & Status

Manage Every Campaign in One List

See each campaign's name, UTM source, description, status and created and updated dates in one listing. Search by name, filter by source or status, sort any column and page through the results.

Activate or deactivate a campaign with a confirmation step. Inactive campaigns disappear from new lead creation, but they're never deleted and past leads keep their campaign.

04 / Campaign Reporting

See Which Campaigns Fill Your Rooms

Because every lead carries its UTM source and campaign, you can compare campaigns side by side — lead volume, conversions and revenue, all in one view.

  • Lead volume: how many leads each campaign brought in.
  • Conversions: how many of those leads became bookings.
  • Revenue: what each campaign actually earned.

Built-In Rules That Keep Data Clean

Every rule is designed to keep your attribution accurate, consistent and ready for reporting.

Duplicate Protection

Duplicate source names are blocked, and a campaign name can't repeat under the same source.

Source-Filtered Campaigns

Choose a UTM source and the campaign list refreshes to show only that source's campaigns.

Active-Only Selection

Only active campaigns can be picked for new leads, keeping retired campaigns out of new data.

Search, Filter & Sort

Find campaigns by name, filter by source or status, sort any column and page through the list.

Confirm Before Changes

A confirmation appears before a campaign's status changes or a campaign is deleted.

Protected Deletion

Sources in use can't be deleted, and campaigns with leads are deactivated instead of removed.

Attribution on Every Lead

Source and campaign appear in lead details, listings, filters and reports wherever they apply.

Admin-Controlled Lists

Admins configure sources and campaigns, so your team always picks from an approved list.

A UTM source is where a lead comes from, such as Google, Meta Ads or Offline. A campaign sits under exactly one source — for example, Google → Monsoon Staycation — and every lead is linked to both.

Nothing changes for them. Deactivating a campaign only removes it from new lead creation. The campaign itself isn't deleted, and existing leads keep showing their campaign information.

A confirmation appears before any deletion. If a campaign already has leads, it's deactivated instead of permanently removed, so historical attribution is never lost. UTM sources that are in use can't be deleted either.

Not under the same UTM source. The same name can exist under different sources, and duplicate UTM source names aren't allowed at all.

Admins create, edit, activate, deactivate and delete UTM sources and campaigns. Anyone creating a lead simply picks a source and one of its active campaigns from that approved list.

Because every lead carries its source and campaign, you can see lead volume, conversions, revenue and overall performance for each campaign.
